LE MARS—Donald Duane Rahfaldt, 74, of Le Mars, Iowa, previously of Sibley, Iowa, handed away Monday, April 29, 2024, at his dwelling surrounded by household.

Donald Duane Rahfaldt was born on Feb. 8, 1950, in Sibley, Iowa, the son of Lloyd and Marie (Lins) Rahfaldt. He grew up in Sibley, Iowa, the place he attended college. He graduated from Sibley Excessive College in 1968.
He was united in marriage to Julie Peters on Could 31, 1969, in Sibley, Iowa. He and Julie made their dwelling in Sibley, the place Don labored for AMPI. He later went to work for Worldwide Paper till his retirement. Survivors embrace his 4 youngsters, Tony Rahfaldt of Le Mars, IA, Kris Steed of Omaha, NE, Tiffany (Damon) Clayborne of Sioux Metropolis, IA, and Joe Rahfaldt of Sioux Metropolis, IA; six grandchildren: Austin Pohlen (Julia Brown), Zarek (Margo) Steed, Deion Clayborne (Carson Cameron), Kobe Clayborne (Brooke Wilmesherr), Kason Clayborne, and Briggs Rahfaldt; his brother, Jim Rahfaldt of Leawood, KS; and his sister-in-law, Helen Rahfaldt of Sibley, Iowa.
He was preceded in loss of life by his mother and father; his spouse, Julie Rahfaldt; and a brother, Doug Rahfaldt.
