LE MARS—Eugene Kipp, 89, of Le Mars, handed away peacefully surrounded by household on Thursday, April 25, 2024, at his dwelling in Le Mars.

Eugene “Gene” John Kipp was born Oct. 29, 1934, on his household farm at Mapleton, to Gustav and Magdelena (Flammang) Kipp. Their household moved to rural Le Mars when Gene was six and he attended an area nation college. Their household then moved to Le Mars the place Gene graduated from St. Joseph Excessive College in 1953. Shortly after graduating, Gene enlisted within the Military Nationwide Guard and was later honorably discharged.
