ODOT camera captures Atlas rocket on freeway

COLUMBUS (WKRC) – An ODOT digital camera captured an Atlas rocket on the freeway.

The picture was captured Monday at 12:10 p.m. at Worthington Galena Street on I-270 close to Columbus, Ohio.

In line with Astronautix, the Atlas rocket was initially developed as the US’ first intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM), however ended up being primarily used for American house exploration.
