NIPCO donation helps Le Mars Public Library | Sentinel

LE MARS — Northwest Iowa Energy Cooperative (NIPCO), headquartered in Le Mars, is an electrical technology and transmission energy cooperative serving 10 counties in western Iowa. NIPCO not too long ago donated to the Le Mars Public Library in January because of its Matching Donation program. 

NIPCO’s annual Matching Donations Program was developed to assist worthwhile civic and charitable initiatives and organizations within the communities the place workers and administrators of NIPCO and its member cooperatives reside and work. NIPCO will match as much as $50 for money donations or service hours carried out per worker or director per yr to qualifying organizations.

After every year’s program, all individuals are entered right into a random drawing to obtain one (1) of two (2) extra donations of $250 to be awarded to the charity they contributed to throughout that yr’s program.
