ISRO Chairperson S Somanath Wednesday lauded the scientists concerned in Chandrayaan-3 moon touchdown mission, and stated that the success of the challenge will create an ambition to aim adventurous deep house missions together with landings on Venus and Mars.

Addressing the ISRO crew on the Mission Operations Advanced in Bengaluru after the profitable protected and soft-landing of Chandrayaan-3โ€™s lander module on the lunar floor, Somanath stated the success was the results of work of 1000’s of scientists.

Stating that the touchdown velocity was lower than the focused 2 m/sec, the ISRO chief stated the achievement has given nice hope for future missions.
