MAURICE—A 43-year-old Le Mars man was arrested about 6:10 p.m. Monday, Aug. 14, close to Maurice on a cost of first-offense home abuse assault leading to harm or bodily harm.
The arrest of Raymon Dontae Davis stemmed from a report of a disturbance close to the intersection of Freeway 75 and five hundredth Road, three miles south of Maurice, in response to the Sioux County Sheriff’s Workplace.
His girlfriend stated Davis grabbed her arm throughout an argument at a highway assemble website, inflicting ache to her wrist space and again.
A no contact order was issued towards Davis with the lady.
