MACAO, Nov. 28 (Xinhua) — An exhibition of China’s achievements on house exploration and navigation opened on Tuesday within the Macao Particular Administrative Area (SAR), within the pursuits of inspiring Macao’s technological improvements.

On the ceremony, the “Macao Science 1” satellites had been licensed to be formally put into use. An settlement was signed on the long-term operation of the satellites. Lunar soil was placed on show in Macao for the primary time.

Li Guoping, chief engineer of the China Nationwide Area Administration (CNSA), voiced the hope that extra science skills from Macao can participate within the nation’s house and navigation causes and make their contributions.

Tai Kin Ip, director of the Financial and Technological Improvement Bureau of the Macao SAR authorities, stated he believes Macao and the mainland will proceed working collectively on the analysis and utility of “Macao Science 1” follow-up initiatives, house expertise nurturing and worldwide exchanges.
