Searching for life on Mars isn’t worth the risk to Earth

IN THE previous few months, the wheels began to fall off NASA’s Mars Pattern Return (MSR) mission. The challenge goals to convey 500 grams of Martian rock and soil to Earth in 2033 to search for indicators of current or extinct life varieties, however a litany of finances overruns and expertise blunders have put its viability unsure.
